Our Preventative Care Plans provide discounted preventive veterinary services; these packaged plans save you money on recommended routine care that your pet needs to stay healthy. They are affordable, transparent, and easy. Preventative Care Plans offer discounts that average savings of up to several hundred dollars per year. Plans can be paid either by monthly debit or annual paid in full.
Puppy & Kitten Plans
Puppy & Kitten Core Plan
Puppy/Kitten Core plans include all the preventative care examinations, core vaccines, and basic laboratory tests necessary to help protect against illness and disease.
- 6 examinations.
- Core vaccine series (Puppy – DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies) and Leptospirosis.
- Core vaccine series (Kitten – FVRCP, Rabies).
- Up to 2 Intestinal Parasite screenings.
- Heartworm/Leukemia/FIV screening for kittens.
- Heartworm/3 tick transmitted diseases for puppies.
- Unlimited examination copays for those other visits.
- Microchip identification can be added at an additional fee.
Puppy & Kitten Plus Plan
Our Puppy/kitten Plus plan is designed for comprehensive care during the first year of life and includes our routine spay/neuter.
- Everything is listed in the Core plan.
- Pre-surgical bloodwork for surgery
- Spay or neuter.
- Complimentary post-surgical laser treatments.
Adult Petly Plans

Core plan is designed to maintain and protect your pet against illness and disease.
- Annual & Semi-Annual examinations
- Examination Co-pay, reduced cost, unlimited
- Core vaccines or titers based on age, breed, and risk.
- Intestinal parasite screening.
- Stance Analysis (dogs)
- Comprehensive diagnostics
Dogs: Blood chemistry, total T4, CBC, SDMA, Urinalysis, fecal, heartworm/tick screening.
Cats: Blood chemistry, total T4, CBC, SDMA, Urinalysis, fecal, FeLV/FIV/heartworm screening.
- Junior diagnostics
Dogs: Blood chemistry, CBC, SDMA, fecal, heartworm/tick screening.
Cats: Blood chemistry, CBC, SDMA, fecal, FeLV/FIV/heartworm screening.
*SDMA is a screening test to monitor early kidney disease.
Puppy & Kitten Core Plus Plan
Core Plus plan is designed to keep your pet healthy and happy during their prime years of life and includes our Grade 1 dental package. 85% of most dogs and cats over the age of 3 have periodontal disease. The dental package is designed to help prevent ongoing disease.

- Blood pressure screenings, up to 4
Grade 1 dental package:
- Pre-anesthetic exam
- Pre-anesthetic blood work
- IV catheter and fluids
- Pre-anesthetic sedation
- General anesthesia
- Vital sign monitoring throughout the procedure (every 5 minutes).
- Full mouth radiographs
- Scale and polish of all teeth
- Pain management
Extractions, medications, and other charges incurred but no part of routine dental cleaning will have an additional cost due at the time of dental. We will prepare a treatment plan for your approval.
